Trolley Shops Restaurant in Bangor

Typical diner type food. Open dining floor plan. Older women serving. They did seem very nonchalant about approaching our table. But when one woman finally asked if we"were taken care of" she said okay "I'll takes yas if they don't want to". Not sure how to take that. The others enjoyed their food. My soup was cold and it was not homemade, it was canned. Disappointing for sure.

Great food, kitchen staff was excellent. Waitresses adequate.

I've eaten here twice and the food is good and service is fast and friendly. It has a typical small town diner feel where everyone knows everyone. Will return

I've been coming here for awhile now, it always feels like home, and the food is ways perfect.

It was not crowded I was only in the ice cream parlor it was clean and nice.

Very busy today as usual. You ladies do a good job keeping your cool. Like when my son decided to act like a wild animal. Thanks for not being mad. It was just too crowded for him. 😊

Delicious eggs Benedict, good service and reasonably priced. Oh the eggs were poached beautifully. The only bad part the tv was on Fox News therefore I must remove a star. I prefer neutral tv like sports or something.

You have your awesome waitresses, and then your not so great waitresses. Food is always good, decent prices, and they make you feel like family

This is the ice cream shop. Tasty soft n hard ice cream. Have to pay cash though!

We only ever come as a group and we go upstairs; been here three time now. I always order an omelet and I've never had a complaint, my wife and a friend of ours had pancakes and they said they weren't anything to write home about. Portions and price are ok, wait staff is friendly and attentive. It's a good place to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Had family in from Lancaster and maplewood New Jersey. We were having a discussion in. The back room when Donna the hostess came back and demanded us to leave as she had other customers waiting for tables. This is the third time this has happened to our family finding it hard to come back to this establishment as we are dedicated customers we must not be good enough customers after speaking with the owner today we have come to a mutual understanding

This is one of our family's favorite places for breakfasts. The selection is great, prices are too. The service is great. Bring your appetite, but you'll still likely leave with a to go container

The waitresses here are friendly and old school.The 1/2 rack ribs with soup or salad and 2 sides for $14 is a great entree if you are hungry.I ordered broiled haddock with salad, broccoli and homemade mashed . . . . Just right for $11.The prices are reasonable for the plate you order and the food presents fresh and filling for the prices.There is an ice cream shop next door for an extra treat and a car show in their parking lot Saturdays from 7pm to 9pm with live bands on occasion.

It was great service and great food. I believe i ordered sausage with my breakfast and they gave me bacon. I'm not one to complain but i was really hoping to try the sausage. That's the only complaint i got. It was pretty busy and i get it things happen.

We went to the Trolley Shop to get a cup of coffee, ended up having dinner the food was good and filling our waitress was very polite and attentative everything was clean.

Very home-like. Comfortable diner type setting. Great food and service. Opens real early!
